2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee:
- The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase date
- This guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase (not renewals)
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service
- You must not have engaged in fraudulent activity or abuse of the service
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals (only initial purchases are covered by the 30-day guarantee)
- Partial months of service
- Refund requests made after 30 days from the initial purchase date
- Accounts that have been terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Services already rendered or data already accessed
4. Cryptocurrency Payment Refunds
IMPORTANT: Refunds for payments made via cryptocurrency (USDT or other digital currencies) are subject to additional terms:
- Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency and network used for the original payment
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the USD value at the time of the original payment, NOT the current market value
- You are responsible for providing a valid wallet address for the refund. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address
- Cryptocurrency transaction fees (gas fees, network fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount
- Cryptocurrency refunds may take 5-10 business days to process due to manual verification requirements
- We are not responsible for any losses due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund
5. How to Request a Refund

- Your subscription tier (Pro or Platinum)
- Date of purchase
- Payment method used (card or cryptocurrency)
- If cryptocurrency: the wallet address for refund and preferred network
- Brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
6. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit/Debit Card payments: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles depending on your card issuer
- Cryptocurrency payments: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after verification. Blockchain confirmation times may vary
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining time
- Refund: Must be requested within 30 days of initial purchase and meets the eligibility criteria outlined above
8. Service Interruptions
We do not provide refunds or credits for temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or issues caused by:
- Third-party exchange API outages or limitations
- Internet connectivity issues
- Force majeure events beyond our control
- Your violation of our Terms of Service
9. Fraudulent or Abusive Behavior
